The Entente Foundation is a registered charitable organization. Our charitable registration number is 848662110RR0001.

The Foundation is accountable to our donors, through compliance with the Donor Bill of Rights and the Code of Ethical Standards as set out by the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Strategic plan

Everything we do is a reflection of the goals and objectives of our strategic plan. We have three broad strategic goals:

  • Be the trusted voice for older adults in Canada
  • Improve the lives of Entente Education Canada members and older Canadians
  • Broaden our donor base
Information about our T3010

Complaints Policy

The Entente Foundation recognizes the importance of the role our donors, stakeholders and the general public play in our work. While we strive for excellence in the pursuit of our mission, we recognize there may be instances where we have an opportunity for improvement. In order to ensure we deliver the highest level of service, we have developed this policy and procedure to address and escalate any complaints that are made about the Foundation or that may arise from interactions with us.
