L\u2019\u00e9quipe de recherche Living Well, dirig\u00e9e par Gail Low, professeure agr\u00e9g\u00e9e en sciences infirmi\u00e8res \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de l\u2019Alberta, a interrog\u00e9 1 327 Canadiens et Canadiennes de 60 ans et plus en juillet et en ao\u00fbt 2022. Le choix du moment est important, puisqu\u2019il correspond \u00e0 la lev\u00e9e des restrictions en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 publique partout au pays.<\/p>\n<p>Un nouveau livret intitul\u00e9 Le go\u00fbt du calme renferme les constatations du projet, ainsi que des recettes que vous pourrez ajouter \u00e0 votre menu pour favoriser la sant\u00e9 mentale au troisi\u00e8me \u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<h3>Le livret contient :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>un aper\u00e7u de l\u2019\u00e9tude, y compris les personnes qui y ont particip\u00e9 et les principales constatations;<\/li>\n<li>les bienfaits de la cuisine au-del\u00e0 de la nutrition;<\/li>\n<li>cinq recettes faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer;<\/li>\n<li>des conseils pratiques fond\u00e9s sur les six strat\u00e9gies de sant\u00e9 mentale les plus efficaces issues de l\u2019\u00e9tude;<\/li>\n<li>des citations de participants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude prodiguant leurs sages conseils;<\/li>\n<li>de l\u2019orientation vers l\u2019aide suppl\u00e9mentaire au besoin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"couverture de la ressource Le go\u00fbt du calme\" data-id=\"20938\" width=\"280\" data-init-width=\"1224\" height=\"362\" data-init-height=\"1584\" title=\"Img-Le-go\u00fbt-du-calme\" src=\"https:\/\/ententefoundation.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Img-Le-gout-du-calme.jpg\" data-width=\"280\" data-height=\"362\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 1224 \/ 1584\" data-link-wrap=\"true\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe de recherche Living Well a accompagn\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats et les conseils de l\u2019\u00e9tude de recettes, car la cuisine offre diverses occasions de favoriser la sant\u00e9 mentale \u00e0 tout \u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le vieillissement en sant\u00e9 n\u2019est pas une destination, c\u2019est un voyage. Et tout ce que nous faisons est li\u00e9. Lorsque nous trouvons des fa\u00e7ons d\u2019int\u00e9grer des habitudes saines dans nos activit\u00e9s quotidiennes, nous avons plus de chances de r\u00e9ussir, affirme Gail Low. L\u2019acte de cuisiner peut vous rappeler vos capacit\u00e9s et vous faire oublier les difficult\u00e9s que vous rencontrez.
